Changelog
What's coming next, and everything that's shipped so far.
- Coming soon
More for architecture diagramsNext
What's planned for the architecture editor:
- Tabs, search, and buttons that jump between diagrams, as in the network editor.
- More connection details: protocol, port, and sync or async (drawn as a dashed line).
- Export as PNG or SVG, ready to drop into your docs.
- Import from code and infrastructure: OpenAPI, docker-compose, Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Type a new node's name straight away, without clicking into the Name field first.
Teams
For Enterprise: create a team from your Dashboard and add people by email as Admins, Maintainers or Viewers, to work on the team's topologies together. Everyone in a team needs an Enterprise plan.
Site map
An overview of all your topologies on one map. Click a site to see its card, and click through to open the diagram.
DCIM-style asset manager with floor plans and rack elevation
Plan a data centre room on a grid, with rows of racks, cages and cooling units, and overlays for space, power and weight per rack. Open any rack to see what's mounted where, front and rear, and click a device to jump to it on the topology.

Version 1.2Latest
Architecture diagrams
- A second editor, for software architecture: services, apps, databases, queues, people and external systems, with an icon, name, subtitle and description on each.
- Automatic layout: add nodes and connect them, and the diagram arranges itself, top to bottom or left to right.
- Groups, inside other groups too, with an optional icon. Connect to a group, or to anything inside it.
- Drag from any node to another to connect them, with arrows that show which way things flow.
- Cloud saves of their own (1 on Free, 3 on Hobby, 10 on Pro), sharing with redacted or full links, and its own Help.
- Switch between the network and architecture editors from the toolbar. Your Dashboard lists both kinds of diagram.
Version 1.1
Sharing
- Share any cloud file from the toolbar with a link. People you send it to don't need an account.
- Redacted links, on every plan, leave out IP addresses, circuit IDs, providers, AS numbers and descriptions.
- Full links, on Pro and Enterprise, show everything behind a password. The diagram is encrypted in your browser, and the password never leaves it.
- Links follow your saves, and stop working as soon as you stop sharing.
- Viewers can switch tabs, search, use buttons and see properties, and can open a copy in their own editor.
Also
- Logging in or signing up from the editor now keeps you in the editor, with your diagram still open.
Version 1.0
Diagram editor
- 25 device types — routers, switches, firewalls, servers, cloud nodes, PCs, IoT devices and more — plus groups for organizing devices and text boxes for free-form notes.
- Connections with 19 link types (RJ45, SFP+, QSFP28, GPON and more), bidirectional handles, and per-node handle layouts (Mini, Default, Extended Sides, Extended).
- Editable properties per device (manufacturer, model, management IP) and per connection (link type, bandwidth, IP/CIDR per side, BGP/OSPF fields for external links).
- Shapes (rectangle, circle, triangle, diamond), rotation, custom themes and adjustable font size for text boxes.
- Right-click context menu, inline label editing, and edge labels you can add, rotate or clear.
- Multi-tab diagrams — one file, several tabs, each with its own devices, connections and zoom position.
- Search across every tab (toolbar or Ctrl+F) by name, IP, model, circuit ID and more, and jump straight to the result.
- Button nodes that take you to any device in the file, switching tabs if needed — handy for linking an overview to detail tabs.
Saving & sharing
- Save JSON / Open JSON — export or import a full topology, every tab included, as one portable file.
- Cloud save and load, straight from the toolbar, with a cloud-slot allowance per plan.
Accounts & billing
- Four plans — Free, Hobby, Pro and Enterprise — with password reset and self-service account deletion.
